About YDN Namibia

We are a
NON-Profit Organization

Youth Discipleship Network Namibia (YDN Namibia) is a Christian nonprofit organization dedicated to helping Namibian children and youth build a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Envisioned by Namibian missionaries Zeka and Anita Tjiwana from Rundu, our mission is to guide children and youth on their spiritual journey and support their personal development to make a lasting impact on Namibia's next generation.

Our
Leadership Team

YDN Namibia is led by Zeka Tjiwana, one of our founders, who is accountable to God, our board of directors, donors, and the Government of the Republic of Namibia.

Our team includes:
Mrs. Elizabeth Kapisi: Computer Science Teacher at ELCIN Nkurenkuru High School and founder/owner of Vine Yard Christian Learning Centre in Nkurenkuru.
Mr. Patrick Kambungo: Youth Leader at Tuhingireni Evangelical Bible Church and Primary School Teacher at Rudolf Ngondo Primary School.

Mrs. Nita Tjiwana: Co-founder and Teacher at Twinkle Stars Preschool and Academy.
Mr. Kasera Gabriel Kasoma: Health Worker and Regional Risk Communication and Community Engagement Officer at the Ministry of Health and Social Services, Kavango East.

Our
Vision

We hope to support children and young people across Namibia, as well as help them come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and to become disciple-makers among their peers.
